A gentle yin-inspired class to de-stress, stretch, breathe and relax. This class helps you look after your body by easing tension, stretching and balancing your muscles. Just as important is looking after your mind, so we work with breathing practices to restore calm, relax deeply and help manage stress and anxiety. Poses are held for longer to allow your body to release tension, stretch and chill, and the session concludes with a guided meditation during savasana. Don't expect to move very much as you allow your body to relax into rest and digest mode - the perfect antidote to modern life. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga, and is beginner friendly. You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting about half an hour before class. Please ensure you are logged on with ten minutes to go to ensure smooth start times.
