I love strength training, blueberries, being upside down, hugs, running and coffee on a weekend. I'm an all out geek who loves learning how to lead the biggest, fullest and most joyful life - and helping you do the same.
I did my Level 3 Personal Training and Level 3 Circuit Training in 2017. In 2019 I did my 200 YTT in Southern Spain with Frog Lotus Yoga, and in 2020 I studied my Level 1 Precision Nutrition.
I offer powerful one-to-one and group coaching programmes and retreats that care for and empower you.
The PLAN is to rise up, sweat, get stronger, be joyful, let it go, pause, laugh, try again, breathe and do our best.
